Dofamine provides payment routing and processing services specifically designed for iGaming and high-risk merchants. Our services include card acquiring, local payment methods, cryptocurrency processing, and open banking solutions.

3. Merchant Obligations

As a merchant using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Pay all applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

  • Any illegal activities or transactions
  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Processing transactions without proper authorization
  • Violating intellectual property rights

5. Fees and Payments

All fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services.

6. Data Security and Privacy

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dofamine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account by providing 30 days' written notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
